Last week Monday, April 21st, the entire Awolowo road in Ikoyi, Lagos was shut down because of the Lagos Carnival. The street sides thronged with anxious spectators as they marveled at the intriguing performances of the various carnival bands. Watch the complete video of the road show below:



The carnival culminated at the Tafawa Balewa Square, where guest artiste Oritse Femi entertained the gathered crowd. See video below:
